After a couple of months I started noticing a change in the growth of the nail. They are growing with a smoother texture, less ridges. Now after about 6 months of using it, my nails are shiny. On their own. I never paint my nails, but occasionally have used a shiny coat on them. Now they look almost like I’ve a shiny transparent nail polish on. These have most of the daily vitamins as well as those specifically for nails. They're good vitamins, my nails seem to be a bit stronger.
