Any issues with smudging or the ink not drying completely?

I have used this for several different projects. It will smear if you touch the ink while wet. Also, it does rub off easily after the ink dries. I found luck with spraying a clear sealant over the dry ink after getting it out of the printer. It's perfect after that.

I want to make labels using these, would a cricut gold pen work on them?

Sorry can’t answer your specific question, but will tell you I had to return mine. Kept jamming in my HP Envy inkjet printer.
