Poor delivery service
This is based on the delivery service rather than the product - Amazon is erratic in the way it delivers - when you specify a day for a more expensive product it delivers before the day you select - which is both annoying & inconvenient. For smaller value products it seems to do the opposite - meaning that this present arrived several days later than anticipated.(The product was loved by the recipient- 5 Stars when eventually received)
