Texture is off, but it's a decent replacement
There's no denying that there's an egginess to these - which is to be expected, but they still work well for tacos, fajitas, wraps, and my favorite thing is noodle replacement for lasagna! I make my lasagna in an 8" round pan and just put a single wrap for each noodle layer. Almost undetectable this way! Have really missed lasagna!
