Bought as seventh birthday present for a dinosaur fanatic and he loved it.

Do you have one of those children that when you give them a toy to play they have to pull it apart to see how it works,( quite often not being able to put it together afterwards!)Well 35 years ago we had one of those children and now we have a 3 year old dinosaur mad grandson who's the same.At the moment this is priced at £17 and I feel this is a fair price,its not only play but educational as well.Our 3 year old grandson was delighted when we gave him this, but mostly because for once we didn't tell him not to pull it apart. He saw the tool and knew what to do with it, it was also robust enough to withstand his ' handywork'He's played with it constantly now and is now beginning to actually play with it, instead of dismantling it!I just wish we'd have had similar toys to this 35 years ago when his dad was destroying everything from toys to household goods to find out how they worked.As its meant for a young child it was also not too challenging to put it together. Recommended.

I gave this to a friend whose daughter is mad about building toys and dinosaurs so this item covered both bases.My friend was very impressed with the quality of the toy, it's sturdy enough to withstand the general ragging around of a 4 year old.There are several pieces to the T-Rex toy and in the box there's also a tool for screwing the parts together.My friend said that she could see her daughter using this toy and refining her skills in order to make the parts fit and also to use the tool with the connectors. The parts don't only fit in a fixed way either so a bit of imagination can produce some unusual shapes and weird dinosaur looking toys.Verdict: A hit with my friends daughter so what more needs to be said.

Hi, it’s ok and my twin grandkids like dinosaurs and it will learn them to put it together, it’s sturdy and nicely made it’s a good size for them to play with, should last a few tantrums as I only got 1, hopefully will learn them to share too 😀

Really nice packaging, colourful and straight to the pointThe contents is quite easy to put together but I did find that You get no instructions whatsoever but it’s an easy toy so it’s very easy to work outReally, like how the screwdriver goes together and easy to locate into the bolts brilliantNot sure about the stickers bit fiddly for three year old but overall very impressed. Great toy to play with and I love how you can build and build brilliant and not a bad price point of £15 great to inspire the young

This fab toy is made of very tough thick plastic. In the box are several sturdy body parts for a child to put together using the nuts, bolts and screwdriver provided. They don’t necessarily go together in a particular order so the child’s imagination can fly in any way they want. The stickers are a little fiddly for three year olds so may need some assistance from a grown up….. who secretly played with it before giving it to the toddler ;)Really good for hand-eye co-ordination, dexterity and imagination…… happy creating little ones and big ones ;)

I'm not so sure how long this will last, you can tell by the box how cheaply made it is. The box is small and looks tacky. The toy itself feels very cheap plastic and doubt it'll last long. Not sturdy at all.

A Dinosaur you can take apart educational as it helps with hand to eye coordination and dexterity which is great to practise from a young age. This helps make children less 'clumsy' with their movements.The toy itself is well made, easy to hold and play with and has lots of elements to take apart and play with. Would recommend.

Such a fun toy to keep kids busy!

It's so cute and good sized. My 3 year old grandson really likes it. I wanted him to be able to take it apart and learn as he went and I believe he can. He just loves to play with it right now. It's easy and fun and the pieces are plenty big for the little hands to use

Liebe Leser,wir dürfen den "Learning Resources Design & Drill T. Rex Dinosaurier, Spielzeug zum Auseinanderbauen, 12 Teile und 1 Schraubenzieher – Mint-Spielzeug" testen und möchten diesen wie folgt bewerten:Nachdem meine 3-jährige Tochter riesen Dino-Fan ist, bestellte ich ihr diesen hier von Learning Resources.Gleichzeitig findet sie es auch sehr spannend Dinge zusammenzubauen etc. So war dieses Spielzeug hier wie gemacht.Man erhält hier 12 Teile eines Dinosauriers und einen passenden Schraubenzieher für die Schrauben. Dabei ist auch noch eine Anleitung.Beim Zusammenstecken der Teile habe ich meiner Tochter ein wenig geholfen. Die Schrauben hat sie dann selbst hineingeschraubt.Als sie dann sah, was das Ganze am Ende darstellt war sie natürlich hellauf begeistert dass sie sich jetzt einen Dinosaurier zusammengebaut hat.Der Schraubenzieher und die dazugehörigen Schrauben sind allesamt schön groß, sodass man hier auch nicht so schnell abrutscht und sich gut drehen lassen.Der Dinosaurier lässt sich dann mit dem Schraubenzieher immer wieder auf- und abbauen. Beim zweiten Mal baute meine Tochter schon komplett alleine auf.Wenn der Dinosaurier aufgebaut wurde, lassen sich die Beine und das Maul noch bewegen und die Figur somit ganz gut bespielen.Die Verarbeitung der Schrauben und des gesamten Dinosauriers ist sehr gut. Ich konnte keine Mängel wie abstehende Plastikgrate etc. feststellen.Die bunten Schrauben fand meine Tochter auch ganz gut. So kann man gut das Sortieren von Farben üben.Unser Fazit: Ein schönes Spielzeug mit dem sich meine Tochter tatsächlich auch sehr lange beschäftigen kann. Die Schrauben lassen sich leicht hineindrehen. Man kann den Dinosaurier immer wieder auf- und abbauen. Nach dem zweiten Mal konnte es meine Tochter schon komplett alleine. Die Verarbeitung ist insgesamt sehr gut. Wir empfehlen den Dinosaurier deshalb gerne weiter und vergeben aktuell 5 Sterne.Ich hoffe ich konnte Ihnen mit meiner Rezension weiterhelfen.Sollte sich etwas an meiner Meinung ändern, werde ich diese Rezension anpassen. Gave it as a birthday gift to a dinosaur loving 4 year old. He immediately put it together during the party and wouldn't let go. A big hit.
