Janz Aluminum 24 FT Telescoping Pressure Washer Extension
I purchased the Janz Aluminum 24 FT Telescoping Pressure Washer Extension kit about 2 months ago. I used it yesterday and today, so I now have a couple hours of actual experience with this tool. It seems to be well made and everything works. It is a bit heavy, so keep that in mind; however, the extension will reach about 24'. Controlling the fully extended pole requires a little time and practice. This is a manly tool, so brute strength is helpful. I would imagine any 24' extension pole connected to a 3,500 psi power washer would be physically challenging. I learned to use it's weight to counter the nozzle's thrust. I also recommend extending the pole from the larger diameter poles at the bottom and moving upward 1/2 or 1 pole extension at a time. The smallest diameter pole is very flexible and can be challenging to keep from whipping when the trigger is depressed. Practice makes perfect and keep away from windows while learning. The Janz 24' extension pole certainty beats climbing up and down, and moving a 34' extension ladder around my home. I highly recommend this product.

Wand
I bought a 24-ft telescoping pressure washer wand to clean my gutters. What I didn’t expect was a full-body workout and a lesson in physics. Fully extended, it feels like holding a wet, vibrating fishing pole for giants. Pull the trigger and suddenly the wand decides where it wants to go. One wrong move and you’re power-washing the sky, your neighbor’s house, or your own pride. That said—it cleans like a beast. Dirt, mold, and years of regret gone in seconds. Great results, sore arms, mild fear. Would buy again.

Practice Before Actual Use
Does the job! Pleased with quality. Was able to pressure wash 90% of our house without the use of a ladder. I did not find the harness to be very useful. Takes some practice to keep the wand under control when pressurized. The further it is extended the more heavy it is and difficult it is to control the wand. Extreme caution must be used around windows plus I personally think there is a safety concern to use this while working from a ladder.

Works well, vest is so-so
I picked up this pole to clean moss off my roof and also hose out the gutters. I'm using it with a Ryobi 2000 psi electric pressure washer. It connected to the washer, via one of the included adaptors, and works with no problem. Upside is it works well. Takes a bit of getting used to and it's pretty heavy, but once I got it all connected it started blowing moss off my roof with no problems. Downside is its heavy. The vest just barely fits me, and the clip for the washer is on the left side (despite being pictured on the right in all images), and there's now way to reverse it - thus making it almost useless to me. I can jerry rig it, but that's less than optimal. Double downside is watch where you're standing when you blow out your gutters. Not the fault of the product, but my first time involved getting a shower of dirt and muck. Oops. Looking forward to using it again with the other nozzle attachments, as it makes an already useful washer that much better. It's a pretty good workout too.

Good, but be cautious!
This extendable pressure washer wand works great and feels really solid. It’s super easy to extend and has an awesome reach for cleaning those high-up spots like windows or gutters. The only downside is that it can be a bit hard to control when fully extended. A heads-up: when you stop the water flow, there’s no pressure to push against, so the wand can get a little wobbly. Be careful around windows—you don’t want to accidentally smack the end into the glass. Overall, it’s a handy tool and gets the job done!

Utterly worthless
My gutters are 6 inch K-Style gutters, 24 feet off the ground. I ordered this because it would extend that far. For starters, the tubing clamps were way too loose and the tube wouldn't stay extended. Not a difficult fix with an allen wrench and a couple minutes, and if it worked, I wouldn't mind at all. The real problem is that the tubing is nowhere near stiff enough. My pressure washer puts out 3,200 psi, well within the rating of 4,000 psi as given in the description. The reality is significantly less. When fully extended the pole twists away from the direction of spray so far that it is impossible to keep the head in the gutter. I would estimate that the total bend is close to 30°, posdibly more, making gutter cleaning impossible. If you are using a 1,500 psi or less electric pressure washer, it *might* work, but any substantial pressure will be an exercise in utter futility. The only way I could get any leaves or debris out of my gutter was to turn off the pressure washer and use the supplied "hook" attachment to simply scrape a few leaves out. This is a complete waste of money and, more importantly, time. Do not purchase this unless you are looking for an excuse to throw away money, waste time, and aggravate yourself. I have never been so disappointed in a product I have ordered through Amazon.

Need straight vertical reach? You are fine. Need reach at an angle? Not so much. Disappointed.
I bought this to (1) help clean the section of my gutters that doesn't have guards installed and (2) clean a few sections of my house that have standard vinyl siding. Although this extension propagates the power of the pressure washer wonderfully, its overall usability leaves much to be desired. As others have commented, you will need sufficient strength to operate this effectively if you have it extended for any considerable length. I'm not entirely sure if I think the harness helps with that. I've used it with and without the harness. That doesn't seem to be the problem, at least not for me. But I'm pretty strong. I'm not trying to brag (and I'm not sure there'd be a point in doing that anyway given I review anonymously). I'm just trying to give folks context to understand why I might be ambivalent about the harness. But it's definitely nice they include the harness. Of note, the harness does inherently limit the max reach of the tool, but that's fair and understandable. I really appreciate the different attachments they include as well. But by far my biggest frustration with this tool is how flimsy the extension pole is when you have it extended, especially at full length. This makes using it for angled reaches extremely awkward, and frankly immeasurably more difficult than it should be. For straight vertical reaches (where you are standing immediately in front of the surface you need to clean, and you just need to go up), it performs nicely. But for the areas of my house that I need to reach, this is impossible, so I'm always approaching from an angle, and that's where the performance of this tool takes a nose dive in my opinion. I'm contemplating returning it. I gave it three stars because it isn't completely useless, but I'm disappointed to say the least.

Two-Story Vinyl Sided House. Saved $600.
I was quoted $733 to pressure wash my house. No thanks. I bought this extension wand and saved $600 for about three hours of work on a 2635 sq. ft. two-story home. The product is well made and includes everything you need. I used a small Ryobi electric pressure washer with 1800 psi. The extension wand functioned well to clean black mold and dirty film off the high points with the included white nozzle. As expected, the product is cumbersome, but manageable at full extension. I'm 72, 6'1" and 195 lbs. No problem. Fit the harness before you use the extension wand. The pistol grip has a lock that allows you to use both hands to stabilize the extended wand. If you keep the wand in a near vertical position, it is much easier to use. Stand at a 45-degree angle to the target area and you will not get drenched but expect to get wet. The good news is that full extension is only needed for a short period of time, about 5-10 minutes, to reach the highest points. It is easy to shorten and lock the length as you progress downward with your cleaning. The lesser the length, the less effort required. Once I reached a target level of about 12 feet, I used a three-step ladder and standard wand. Obviously, you need to turn off the water and pressure washer to switch the wands. I have gutter guards, so I didn't use the gutter attachment. Gutter guards are expensive, so this attachment could easily save a homeowner money. Gutter cleaners in my area charge about $350 for a home my size. The bottom line: If you don't mind some work to maintain your home, buy this product and save money.
