The bottle arrived with the cap broken and says it needs to be refrigerated in the small print on the bottle but didn’t ship with a cold pack. Now I need to see about getting an exchange but my doctor really wanted me to be taking these a while ago so this is prolonging my treatment plan.

Only reason I gave this a 3 was because it took way too long for them to arrive and they are supposed to be in a cold bag, hard to believe they are any good right now when it took over 10 days to get to me.
