They were in stock, had free shipping, were eligible for return, and arrived quickly.- The stools were as described and the color was perfect. They arrived well-packed (thankfully without styrofoam), were easy to put together, looked great, and felt great. The swivel and up-and-down motion are smooth and feel solid on the floor.- One of the bases had pretty deep scratches and did not sit steady, so it did not feel safe. I reached out to the company, and they responded right away. They asked if I would send photos of the damages and within a week or so I received two brand new bases! OUTSTANDING all around. For the price, these can't be beat! I was concerned about the quality and stability. These chairs have a large base that provides very good stability--even when spinning around. At the lowest adjustment, they are standard height for a counter stool. When pushed under the counter, the seat back is level with the top of the island. I love that they seem to disappear and allow me use of the counter on that side. They are light enough to slide easily.The base screws onto the seat bottom. The rest slides together quickly. The color is true gray.There is adequate seat room, but much smaller than a dining chair seat. They would not be comfortable for me to sit on for an extended period, but more than comfy enough for eating dinner. We typically eat at the counter unless we have company. I'm 5'4" and my husband is 6'5", and we are both comfortable sitting on these stools. They give a little back support as well.I replaced dining chairs and matching counter stools. Couldn't find a matching set I liked so I searched for coordinating pieces. I love how these chairs look together with the stools. The chairs are a lighter shade, but not as light as they appear in photos. They are also a true gray. Good! I had an issue with one of the chair seat “chipping” within the first two months and the seller sent me a new seat! I have had the chairs now for around 8 months and they have held up great. I sit in one almost every day! The value for the money is great and if I ever have to replace the seat or chair I would order from this company again and will do so in the future!

I really love the ease of assembly for these. They’re also very very comfortable. However, when you shift your body weight you can feel the stability needs some work. The main pole just slips into the base when assembling. There’s no winding it and I fee like that would help the stability a lot. Meaning adding some threading to tighten the base. The seat attachment comes with four easy screw and a hex key to tighten the seat on. I’d buy more but the silver base doesn’t go well with my kitchen. I’ll be keeping them for use in other areas though.

I purchased these bar stools thinking that they would just be ok and when they arrived I was so impressed with the actual product! The chairs are shipped very well to prevent shipping damages and this has to be the quickest and easiest assembly of furniture that I have ever purchased! Only takes 4 screws to attach in the bottom of the seat ! The package comes with directions, parts and Allen wrench to tighten the screws with. The instructions are super easy to follow. Assembly for each chair was less than 10 minutes! I’m so happy that I have placed a second order for two more! The seats have the PU Leather which isn’t real leather but holds up better especially with areas where people will sit on constantly. Very pleased with purchase!

Purchased several for the basement bar that I am working on. They were extremely easy to assemble, look great and seem to be very good quality as well. Easily adjustable. Impressed!
