Perfect for sauces, dips and garnishes. The finish is beautiful and they are easy to clean in the top rack of the dishwasher.

The quality of these Vancasso Stern Dipping Bowls is just as good as the looks. They are the right size, in my opinion, for both individual bean and salsa dips and handle up well in a dishwasher without affecting the finish. I highly recommend these bowls.

I ordered the green bowls, but they look much more like blue. Definitely not the green shown on the site. Perhaps the colors vary depending on the glaze used for each batch? Anyway, they fit the bill for my purposes. I needed a few small dishes to hold sauces and nuts for a party. They are about an inch deep and 3 1/2 inches wide. They fit a 1/2 cup of nuts and plenty of sauce. As an example, we had a platter of hot wings and we put extra hot sauce in one, blue cheese dressing in another. I recommend them so long as you're not married to the color you get.

I should have bought these in the first place. They look great on the table, hold plenty of soy sauce, just the right size. Easy to clean, stackable so they are easy to store and they work great. Very reasonable price.

I absolutely LOVE these bowls... they go perfectly with my set of blue dishes :-). I had purchased some other oval shaped blue ceramic mini bowls to use, and I like them; but they were a tad on the small size for what I wanted. These square shaped bowls are the perfect size for nits, mini snacks, dipping sauces and to store herbs and garlic around my stove area. Very happy with these.

Purchased these for dipping bowls. Have purchased other pieces from this line. The color is beautifully inconsistent. Never thought I wanted dishware in this color but they are beautiful and love the look of seeing these in my cupboards and on the table. I gave a set of cereal bowls to my sister when her family unexpectedly grew by 2 teenagers. My knowledge of teenagers is they go through a cycle of eating cereal nonstop. Both teens actually liked and commented on them. How unexpected and heartwarming when a teen notices and approves of anything plus the kids know what is theirs! Win, win!
