The bracket was easy to install and worked well for a year. Then stopped working. The seller has been very helpful, via requested videos/photos, he diagnosed the sender unit as the fault. He sent us a replacement sender unit and a replacement remote control unit - at no cost to us!!!! Just plugged in the replacement sender unit and the motorised bracket is fully functioning again - excellent. Our thanks to the seller fir his help in getting the unit working again. We can happily recemmend both the motorised TV bracket and the seller very highly. A most professional service, thank you. Andy & Jan - Chobham, Surrey.

Fantastic motorised bracket mounted our tv to bedroom ceiling, exactly what we wanted, easy to install, very sturdy/strong, able to adjust easily to our requirements, great price, quick delivery. Would definitely recommend.

4 screws missing! But other than that perfect

Used a brand new Samsung tv raised it to ceiling came home later that day and screen had completely fell off is there only certain types of tvs you can use ?????

The quality of the bracket itself is fine, but the accessories feel quite outdated. The remote control is absolutely terrible - it’s very basic and doesn’t sit comfortably in the hand. The bracket is also very difficult to adjust. I don’t have experience with other motorized brackets, but I can’t get my TV to sit straight; it keeps tilting to one side.

Edte soporte me codto encintrarlo es perfecto porque lo puedes poner en la inclinacion que quieras muy util para las habitaciones, porque si la pones en la paret o encima de un mueble algun dia acabara golpeada mientras que en el techo te deja libre las paredes i de paso le da un toque a la habitacion que parece que tuenes pasta muy bien precio calidad la tengo desde hace casi 1 mes i ningun fallo ni nada que pueda decir de negativo

Arrivato con soli 2 giorni di ritardo. Il prodotto è di ottima qualità costruttiva con materiali di spessore che danno subito la sensazione di robustezza reale, direi che manca l'eccellenza solo perchè la bullonatura non è in tinta. Il montaggio è stato complesso, solo per me che dovevo montarlo con le barre filettate per superare il cartongesso della controsoffittatura, ma lineare. Funziona alla grande con un Sony 50". Sembra lento ma va benissimo perchè una velocità maggiore danneggerebbe il TV sia in partenza che in arrivo. Insomma, un prodotto acquistato grazie alle recensioni e che mi ha sbalordito all'uso. Ottimo il radiocomando e comoda la possibilità di utilizzare anche il comando a filo. Non mi va mai di aggiungere foto ma potete fidarvi. Prodotto più che valido!!

Funktioniert sehr gut

Llegó rápido, fácil de montar, estructura robusta, totalmente recomendable. Utilizado, en nuestro caso, para una TV de 50" y queda muy sujeta (hemos utilizado otros tornillos para anclar en el techo). El mando que está sujeto con cable funciona perfectamente, el inalámbrico, a veces falla y tienes que pulsar varias veces para que funcione, es lo único que no funciona bien.

Ottimo prodotto. Una sola pecca: il telecomando. Do comunque 5 stelle perché il supporto è davvero ben fatto, ma mi domando come sia possibile che un articolo di questo tipo, che ha anche un certo costo, possa avere un telecomando così scarso. Si tratta di un telecomando fragile, di bassissimo valore e non funzionante (sembra un giocattolo per bambini molto grossolano ed, tra l'altro, esteticamente inguardabile), che spero di riuscire a duplicare
