A friend recommended this, telling us that it helped her dog's skin issues. Was skeptical and tried it for my dog's itchy paws and allergies which would sometimes cause him to sort of choke on his mucus, and since switching to it he has entirely stopped chewing on his paws and doing the choking thing. Totally grateful for this product.

My 5 year old Boxer has been a loyal SPORTMIX Wholesome lover for about 6 months now. I feel comfortable feeding this to him, as it helps keep his full figure to a minimum. :) However, I tried to feed this to my 2 year old super active puppy child, and he started losing too much weight. I think there's an active brand through SPORTMIX though, but we haven't tried it yet.I prefer to order the product through Midwestern. The price is always fair, even better than the store. Thanks for making and selling!

For the price, this is a real bargain. My dog has done well on this food. Had problems with shipment, but somehow wound up on doorstep several days late and wet but the bag protected from moisture. Would recommend!

I like that it’s got limited ingredients and no wheat, corn, or soy crap. His skin looks good and his coat is shiny, and he wolfs it down in about a minute. He’s sensitive, and this food doesn’t seem to bug him.
