Real VDO?

Interesting product. It's marked on the box as "Made in China". But the sensor itself is not only stamped "VDO' but also "Made in Germany". It's exactly the same form as the real VDO product but at a bargain price. And it seems to work just fine. I'm happy. no leaks...

6 ohms with no pressure to open circuit with oil pressure.

This did not output a resistance range relative to the oil pressure. Instead it starts at 6 ohms under no pressure and immediately goes to an open circuit when oil pressure increases.
