This is really a well made heavy industrial belt that gives tremedous support to the lower back. I bought it for a long airplane trip and can wear it under my shirt without a problem.

There are many back braces on the market. I have tried several and found this brand to be the best for a tall person. It is comfortable and provides the needed support where required.
