I saw a similar auto back support that I thought had a metal mesh. I was looking for metal but could not find one. I looked at a few lumbar supports including various pillows, but finally decided this was the closest thing to what I was looking for. My back has not hurt since! I use it in an office/computer chair. One thing I will say, I tried it on my softer couch, my butt sunk in too much, so it may not work if the chair has a softer cushion where you sit, because the lumbar support ends up too high up on your back. This simple office chair has a metal chair part. The back support stays in place. It supports my back nicely to where I don't even think about it, and my back and hip feel Much better!!! Also, something I never thought about - it looks much nicer than the rolled-up towel I was using. Both the chair and support are black. Would definitely recommend for a chair with a fairly hard surface sitting area, but not for a soft cushiony chair.

Most on market are cheap material gets smooshed in couple days. This one is good quality, strong, sturdy, lasting and still gives a good support, Beads on the mash is allowing air breath so you wont sweat and the hardness level is adjustable. All that for this price :)

Well made, has 3 bands on the back. 2 have adjustment one is not making it pretty stiff. May cut the cent one without the adjustment for more flexibility.

I actually wasn't sure of this one at first. I bought a gel infused one, the strongest foam one I could find, and these. These are actually my favorite, I might actually buy a couple more for convenience. I need strong support and none of the foam types ones have held up or done the trick. I absolutely love that these are adjustable. You can tighten or loosen the straps to get an extreme amount of curve or less of one. They are super comfortable too, I even use it with my shirt off sometimes (and according to my wife my back looks like an alligators after 😂). If you do use it with your shirt and have back hair, it might get caught a little bit every now and then. I use one for my office chair. I have a wedge that I use for sitting on the bed sometimes and I use the other one with that. I thought I would have to use the foam ones for the bed so I did for a while, but one day I thought "what if", and I am glad I did. So if you need stronger curves this one is the best I have tried so far. I actually don't have to adjust it very often either, it holds that position you set it to really well.

this is very well made, very sturdy. I use this in my Toyota as the seats have no support. I wish the tension straps could loosen more as it begins to make the back sore after a hours of driving because the lumbar is getting so much pressure in that one spot. all in all i still would recommend this product, great for my oversized office chair. I just need to throw in on the floor sometimes while I'm driving to give my back a break. (Update) Just read another review about cutting the strap, I'll 100% going to try it because otherwise it's been living in my trunk.
