The set includes large, medium, and small sizes, making them versatile for different kitchen tasks, but I mainly use mine for sifting flour, cornstarch, powdered sugar, and a few other things, and they work perfectly for that. The 18/8 stainless steel construction feels strong and sturdy, so I don’t have to worry to much about them bending or warping over time. The extra fine mesh ensures a smooth, lump-free sift, which is a must for baking. I use the large mesh strainer to filter my almond milk first before I filter it again using Chef'n nut milk maker. It is easier to use a good quality blender and filter this way than using a nut milk bag. I am very happy for my purchase. Sometimes I also use my Kurvings cold press slow juicer to make almond milk first. Then follow by carrot and apple juice but I have to do a lot of washing.

The best strainers I have. 18/10 stainless steel, easy to clean and sturdy construction. Comfortable handles. Plus they do the job better than single mesh strainers ever could. The three sizes are perfect for use in different sized pots and pans.

Sent some low grade product that wasn’t as advertised. Cheap spot welded sieves. Not riveted. Requesting refund. Waste of time and money
