Q: How can I get the strap it didn’t come with?

The one I ordered and received didn’t have a strap either. It’s an error. I called Amazon Customer Service and they sent me a new one (which had the strap) and gave me a return code to return the other.

Q: Will the set of 2 600g ice packs fit in the pouches? I'm bad with measurements.

Thanks for the question! Our 600g ice packs are too large to fit in the Ice Wall pockets of this lunch pack. We'd suggest using the 250g ice packs that are included with it. Hope this helps! Arctic Zone Products.
