This is perfect for bruising from needle sticks. I've been taking vitamin shots and sometimes, I pick a bad spot and end up with giant bruises. This Arnica cuts the healing time to days and not weeks. Worth it.

Good to take
I always take this before surgery or anything that may cause bruising. It’s hard to tell if it works or not but I never bruise as bad as I’d think so I guess that’s good. Minus one star because you have to take a lot of these pellets
