Great front door lock and works with Google home
It's great many unlocking features, not as many to lock but still really good. really easy to install easy to setup everything even Google just follow this step. Connecting Google Home & TTLock 1. In the TTLock App, click the menu to the top left had side. 2. Click the last option 'Work With' 3. Then select Google 4. Click 'turn on' and enter a passcode you will remember. 5. In the Google Home app, click the '+' in the top left corner. 6. Then click the blue '+' that is titled "Set Up Device". 7. Click the second option that says 'Works with Google' 8. Then search 'Sciener' in the search bar to link the device to your Google Home. 9. Log in to Sciener using the same credentials you use to sign into your TTLock account. 10. Once Sciener is connected, any smart locks connected to the Gateway should become available and connected.

1. The touchscreen does not go on. I have to press it several times. 2. I set the lock to automatically lock after a period. It locks, then later keeps on trying to lock and makes a terrible grinding sound for 15 seconds ds. Stops and then it keeps on trying to lock when it is airway locked. I had to switch the feature off. Would not buy again. Been contacting support for days. Just send my money back.

Wanted to love this
I really wanted to love this lock. The battery lasts forever. We have it for almost about year now. Haven’t had to put a new battery in yet. The remote works great. The keypad is difficult to use. It takes multiple times entering the code before it opens. The inside part of the lock won’t stay tight on the door. It keeps coming loose and isn’t straight. We’ve tightened it multiple times. I don’t think I would buy this again.

I’m trapped
I’ve had the lock since Jan. Worked great until today, came in the house closed the door and the knob fell off. I tried to unlock it via phone app I can hear the motor turning but the deadbolt doesn’t disengage now I’m trapped in the house

Protection plan
The door lock works good but after a year The inside knob broke and I tried to use the protection plan but they want me to remove the old one first and send it to them before replacing it. So I'm just supposed to have a whole in my door for a week or so?
