Well packaged. Clear assembly instructions, heavy gauge plastic body. Excellent hardware; even included a bag of extra hardware, 3 more of all hardware parts. I didn’t meed it but it sure is a nice touch - first class. Assembly was very easy, components fit well together, all holes lined up perfectly. When completed I had a very sturdy cart; wheels are large and cart rolls easily.

I have been looking for a small cart to use around the house, for cleaning or laundry etc. I can put everything on this cart and make 1 trip instead of having to go back and make 2 - 3 trips because I can’t carry everything all at once.Assembly is a breeze. I bought a different cart locally and assembling was frustrating, terrible instructions it took a 3 hours. It was too big for what I needed but this cart is perfect!!! The instructions for this cart are easy to follow, the cart is sturdy and all four wheels are rubber and swivel which is very nice. And they send extra hardware (screws, bolts etc) in case you lose a part or need one for later!

This was easy to put together and it came with extra screws in case anything is lost or needs to be replaced. It’s easy to push, pull and turn. It’s made of high quality material and feels sturdy. I like that the trays have a lip that holds items inside so they don’t just slide off.Cons: In my opinion, these kind of carts shouldn’t cost as much as they do. However the list price is $110 at this time which is average for similar products.

Great cart, built well, heavy duty wheels and easy to assemble. My only major complaint is the SMELL. The plastic stinks like burning plastic. I'm sure it goes away after months. Just be aware. You may want to leave it outside for a while. Other than that great purchase

I wanted a Heavy Duty Cart to push on my blacktop driveway while holding and storing my car washing items. This item was much better than expected. HEAVY DUTY is the main word here. Easy to put together. I followed the video instructions on Amazon instead of trying to read those small back-n-white paper instructions that are included. 4 large HD Swivel Casters. For people that complain that all 4 casters swivel, I do find myself confused. Once you use a HD service cart with 4 swivel casters you will never go back. EASY to turn and move around in tight places too. The casters easily ride over my blacktop driveway. I built it inside my house and it easier moved across my thick carpeting also - fully loaded. Holds a lot. I have two 5-gal. plastic buckets, my small power washer, my power washer hose, nozzles, ext. arms, Soap Cannon, towels, wash mitts, 3 scrub brushes, and tool carrier with all my soaps - waxes - cleaners on it. I still have room to spare. Worth every penny spent for such a quality item.
