I’ve wanted a cuckoo clock since childhood. This clock is so lovely. The little bird inside is so cute and the cuckoo sound is beautiful and almost soothing. always makes me smile. it has an adjustable sound control, which is nice and convenient . It is beautifully made with such detail I, however, wish it was a lighter color.

I love this clock so much! I’ve wanted a cuckoo clock for years, but they are so pricey. Stumbled across this one and with the price, I couldn’t pass it up. I’m so glad I took a chance and purchased. It’s a great first time cuckoo clock. Set up was easy and it has brought me so much joy listening to it! It’s quiet and keeps perfect time! I went back and purchased one for my sister for Christmas!

Well made, perfect size, and works great. It’s little tricky to figure out how to set the time and synchronize the correct amount of cuckoos because there are two sets of instructions that say different contradictory things to do. But once it’s set it really is great. The light feature is sensitive but if it’s dark it doesn’t cuckoo.

I got a used like new one and it was received with no back. It also Cuckoos at 15 mins. after the hour, though I tried to remedy that issue. But, it tells the time just fine and I know the hour, though 15 mins. later.

The cuckoo and side buttons quit working 2 days after purchase and putting up on wall. Keeps time though, but really wanted a cuckoo clock… not a clock.

I love this clock! Exactly what I was looking for! The wood and wood color is very nice, assembly, super easy. Perfect size too. Easy off for night or low if you prefer.

Muito bem embalado. Produto muito bonito. Gostei bastante. Só tem um detalhe: o cuco só aparece e canta quando a luz da sala está acesa. Soube que possui uma fotocélula que desativa o mesmo quando no escuro. No mais funciona perfeitamente. Mesmo assim recomendo às pessoas que gostam de nostalgia.

I received this as a birthday gift from my mother. Very easy to setup wooden cuckoo clock. The door, clock face, and clock hands are plastic along with the bird but the rest is crafted nicely with wood. It has a nice gentle ticking sound. There are adjustments on the side of the clock for volume (high, low, off). It was on high when I took the video. I didn't play with the push button yet or tried turning it off. The time is keeping well, and the cuckoo bird sings every hour according to the time. When the door opens and the bird pops out, there is a water stream sound at first followed by some other birds chirping before the cuckoo hops up and down to sing. It does have an echo after each cuckoo but I find that charming. It is the sound of a real recorded cuckoo bird in nature and it’s wonderful to bring it into the home. It takes two D size batteries, I think one is for the clock and the other for the bird and swinging pendulum leaf. I thought it would startle my cat but she seems to like it too. I like the light sensor feature. When the room is dark it keeps silent and the bird ‘goes to sleep’. I think in the summer when day breaks earlier I will shut it off so it doesn't wake me at 4am. Its very user friendly and I had no troubles setting it up. I really enjoy this clock and if you get one I hope your setup goes as smooth as mine. Just a couple tips for setting it up. Open the door of the bird and let it pop out. The bird is protected with an elastic band and some wrap. I opened the door and let the bird out when I put the batteries in. I opened the back and took off the tape to insert the two D batteries. I hung the clock up before hanging all the decorations at the bottom. If the pendulum doesn’t swing, try tilting the clock it this way and that for gravity to even out, and give it a gentle starting tap to encourage it. I forgot to mention, to change the time, I just use my fingers to push the hands in the clock face.

difficult to see from distance and overpriced

Purchased this for my sister for Christmas. It looks very similar to the one our great grandmother had so my sister absolutely loved it! The brown version’s quality is great, it looks like just a shiny coated wood, not plastic. The audio is so nice with the water flowing in the back in addition to the bird. Beautiful gift!
