This little radio is beyond my expectations! It is replacing one that I had for several years, but the volume control stopped working. This radio has great reception without even needing the antennae, the tuning dial is easy to use and very accurate, and the sound is actually quite nice, with a bit of bass tones. Quite honestly, I didn't think that it would be so good based on the reasonable price! Glad that I read so many positive reviews when making the decision to purchase this.

We bought this for the drive in because I can never seem to figure out how to leave the car radio on and lights off when we’re sitting outside the back hatch... This has clear sound, and gets good reception. Works great for our use. Recommended.

Its very cute it doesn't seem to get any better reception than any other radio. I like the fact that it has Bluetooth as well as auxiliary and the am fm channels. Small and easy to transport all in all its a good little radio just wish the reception was a little better.

I bought this 30 days ago, and so far it's an excellent product. Radio picks up some weak signal AM stations and I think it's almost as strong as my car radio. Blue tooth speak is great. Good distance coverage thru out the regular size home. I am thinking about buying another one. I think the radio dial is fine. It actually helps to tune in to those weaker signal radio stations.

This is a great little radio I use in my office! Can use it to connect to my phone or when I want to listen to a local station I can switch and listen to that! It can be plugged in or run on batteries so I can take it with me to any room or outside easily. Will be getting another on for my daughter’s room.

This radio promises a simple, nostalgic interface. But it fails to deliver a good experience. Yep, It's nice to have a volume control knob that clicks off at the left. It's also nice to have a large dial for tuning. But none of that matters when it doesn't work right1. The pointer indicator in the tuning knob is a dark red, almost as dark as the black of the case. Therefore, you can't see it while you're tuning, unless you pick up the radio and hold it under a light.2. While the FM receiver is very sensitive, pulling in a lot of stations even with the antenna down, the tuner has poor "selectivity" which means that stations on close channels run into each other, and can't be separated. You hear two three at once -- they distort each other.------I'm planning to return this radio. I did keep it for a little while and thought about perhaps using it as an emergency radio in a power failure, but I already have an emergency radio, and it works better than this one.

Just got this today and have no complaints. Picks up all my favorite stations. Awesome volume and sound. Blue tooth is a plus. Pretty sure it will hook up with my external speakers. Can’t beat the price for reception and volume for something that small!!!

It does what it's supposed to do. stations are pretty sensitive to tune in to. sound is descent.
