I've noticed increased cognition and focus on a more consistent basis since incorporating these into my diet. Really happy with the purchase and I will continue to keep them on order.I like that there aren't extra chemicals or bs in the ingredients.

The biggest benefit is the lack of horrible fish smell most omega 3 supplements have. Opening the bottle is more pleasant and there aren’t the weird fish burps 🙈 With this brings Krill vs Fish it feels like a cleaner product and from what I’ve read less toxic. I got it after reading the benefits of Omega 3 for mental health/sadness and low energy so hoping to see some of those longer term benefits after I’ve been using it for awhile.

I definitely notice the difference when I take the Onnit Krill oil versus the days when I run out and have to muscle through any soreness in my joints☹️. At first I was skeptical to buy it, but through listening to both Joe Rogan and Jocko William, I decided to try it for myself. I’m grateful that I started using this supplement.

I am really bummed to say this stuff made me break out in cystic acne around my face, neck and hairline. I don't really have acne, never hae, but about two weeks after starting this stuff, suddenly these deep and large pimples started showing up. It took me awhile to realize this was the only thing I had changed in my diet or routine. I had a friend in a health group say the same thing happened to her. Had to toss this $30 bottle out. At least the acne has cleared up now.

Onnit products always make me feel like I’m getting the most out of living a healthy, active lifestyle because I know the quality of the products are top notch and my body can get the most from that top notch quality. Which.......makes me happy and excited to continue on this journey of growth and self discovery!

I don't eat fish, so use this to get the omega-3's I dont get in my diet. Since I dont eat fish, the lack of a fishy aftertaste is important and while these have a slightly sweet fish smell, they are more than bearable, go down easy with no aftertaste.
