Good flat skewers hold the meat well when turning them over

If you like me and planning to grill over Barbecue some meat on the skewers, this one is a bit too thin, so you’ll have to be careful of how much of weight you’re putting on it.For me somewhere between 150 - 200 gram (approximately) is the maximum weight- where skewer would not bend during cooking.I wish metal would be 0.5-1mm thicker. That would remove the problemI’ve put 3 starts because those skewers are sharp, didn’t have to worry about piercing through meat, and yesterday those did great job. Just make sure the length is not too short.

Wish I'd found these years ago.
I wish I'd found these flat profiled skewers years ago. Round skewers are fine for some things but they have a problem which flat skewers don't have. You can't turn round skewers over when grilling over or under a heat source, such as a barbeque or an oven grill. These little skewers work well. They are cheap and cheerful but the design and function are great. Excellent value.
