What an incredibly easy set up. The sound quality is a little too much bass for me, but considering the price, it’s definitely worth it. I just returned an almost $800 5-CD player - with 5 yr warranty - to a local electronics store because it didn’t work. Someone was going to come to try to fix it, at an extra cost of course, but that didn’t quite work out. I’m happy I returned it. I absolutely love this little CD player! On a slightly different note, I have to mention the delivery man. He rang my doorbell (companies delivering for Amazon never do that in spite of a prominent sign on my door). I don’t expect delivery persons to wait for me at the door. But when I went to get the package, he was there waiting and placed the package inside the door for me. That was a first! I was so surprised that I completely forgot to ask his name or even check to see what delivery company he was from! Hopefully next time I’ll pay more attention.

Un beau et bon système de son. J'aime bien qu'il ait la possibilité d'avoir 5 cd. J'ai de la belle musique en continu. Le son est très bon.

The sharp micro stereo ships in a factory white retail box, so if this is a present or you dont want the factory box tore up during transport, then request the retail box be put inside a big brown amazon box. If you temper your expectations, then this unit sounds good at 50 watts RMS. 25 watts left + 25 watts right channel. The included FM antenna can go into the trash, because it's just a thin piece of wire that plugs into the back of the stereo. Buy the Bingfu FM dipole antenna for $8 if you want any real chance of pulling in radio stations. Note that there are 2 versions of this stereo. The all black model and the Gold Limited edition with the gold volume knob and gold trim around the woofers. The specs are the same for both units, so get the one that suits your style. Some reviews said they received the standard black model when they ordered the Gold Label model. The seller (Electronic Express) sent me the correct Gold Label model & it's new in box and not a refurb model. The instructions are written in clear English and set up was easy pie. Don't forget to press the eco button on the remote, so that the display goes complete dark when you press the red on/standby button. Otherwise, the screen will stay lit with disco screen flashing light messages that will freak you out and keep you awake at night if you like to sleep in complete darkness. Also, pressing the play mode buttton on the remote, until you see the words "random" display on screen will randomly play songs on the current disc. This unit does not randomly play songs on all 5 discs like the old school rotary disc stereos. Which is understandable, since all that movement will eventually wear out the mechanism. Work around: Just burn your favorite songs on a usb stick and insert into the stereo if you want random music playing. This is a nice retro nostalgia piece that brings back memories of playing CDs in the 80s. This unit is an upgraded 2022 model with CD, NFC, USB, and Bluetooth compared to other versions that have a cassette player. The remote has decent distance and controls the whole unit, so dont lose or break it. It's been 5 days and so far everything works great including the 5 disk CD player. The stack cd mechanism outputs more noise compared to the 5 disc rotary models, but nothing too crazy. I'll update the review if anything breaks. Click helpful if this info helped you out love 💜

I really like this mini cd stereo player. Its perfect for my little cabinet in master bedroom. At first I was shocked it wasn't bigger, but seeing my small space its fine. It seemed a bit complex at first. For the size of room 16x10 sq feet the speakers are loud enough. CD player is fine and I finally figured out how to get the FM radio to work. The small wire seemed odd. But if you put a push pin through the tiny hole on top you can pin it to the wall to get a better reception. Hanging it around something doesn't work. You have to put it up high on the wall and keep it straight with pushpin. Its the best. The speakers sound great crystal clear music on loud is what I love. I'm happy, highly recommend for a small apartment, living room or bedroom. Thumbs up.

I LOVED this system when I initially received it. Loved the look, loved the 5-changer CD feature, loved the beautiful clarity of the music. It has a 'mega-bass' feature you can push if you want, and it provides an excellent 'bassier' sound that adds some power to the music. But two features turned out to be ultimately disappointing: the separate bass/treble controls, which were perfect to level out the sound I wanted on each particular disc; however, the two controls just stopped working out of nowhere! I could no longer personally get just the right bass or treble sound, they just stayed in the middle and wouldn't work again, which was disappointing because these made me, the listener, have more control over what exact sound I wanted. And speaking of sound, it could have benefited from 5 or 10 more decibels to give it some real power. Now, my biggest disappointed, and for me a very important one. For example, I wanted the ability to randomize the songs, i.e., Have it play one song from one disc to another song from another disc randomly, which is a very important feature to me. But it only plays random tracks from ONE disc at a time! What good is that feature if it doesn't randomly play ALL the tracks on ALL the discs at a time? The fact that it will only randomize tracks on one CD and not all of them is very limiting and frustrating, and totally unnecessary. I give the system 3 of 5 stars because of the above complaints, but if you can overlook these limitations then you'll have an excellent player that is a great bargain for the cost (178$ when I bought one) and a quality system compared to other, usually more expensive CD players. For everything else this player does I would give it 5 stars.
