This book provides an excellent overview of the many processes and methods available to UX researchers in this day and age. It is well structured and an easy read. I liked it a lot.

The authors, as expected, are at the top of their craft with this book's content. The book clearly and efficiently provides valuable information that you can apply as soon as you peel back the cover page and start reading everything you need to know about ux and metrics ! Well done ! Highly recommended!!
