Upgraded 190 Bottles Wine Cooler Refrigerator,24 Inch Wide Wine Fridge with Professional Temperature Control System, Freestanding or Built-in installation, Quiet Operation

This is an update to my previous review. This update is about the actual product instead of the delivery process. This is my 3rd wine fridge purchase. I have an Element by Vinotemp and a Wine Enthusiast. Of the 3 fridges, this most recent one is by far the quietest. I have had it for almost 1 month now and I have been monitoring the temperatures. The temperatures have been holding very consistent. The shelves are very sturdy, are easy to slide in and out, and allow for different sizes and shapes of bottles. It is a very good looking unit and the blue interior lights are very cool to look at when they are turned on. The capacity is great. I do not think that I will be running out of wine storage space ay time soon. Once again, as far as this unit is concerned, I think that it is a quality product.The product is great and the reason that I am giving a 1 Star review is because how the delivery was executed. This wine fridge is a very large item weighing approximately 200 pounds. I was notified by RXO delivery that they would be delivering my item on 4-2-25 between 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM. I had my wife waiting at home all day for the delivery. We prepped the area just as in the instructions provided on Amazon. I ran an errand and when I returned, there was this big 200 pound wine fridge sitting in my driveway. They did not bring this unit inside our house. They did not even ring the doorbell to let us know that it was here. It is interesting that our doorbell is rung for a small package, but we were not notified that our $1200 wine fridge was here. I called RXO and they deflected me to Amazon at which time I was told that there was nothing that they could do about the situation. And then I was asked if there was anything they could assist me with. Seriously???? Fortunately, my wife is strong as an ox and we got a hand truck and maneuvered the very large item into our house at which point we had to get it off of the pallet, unwrap it, and set it up. This was definitely a 2 person job.So far this wine fridge seems to be working great. Temperature is holding consistent, the unit is quiet, and the unit looks great. Buyers beware though that this unit will be dropped off in front of your house and that is it. You will have to figure out how to get it inside to the spot where you want it to be.

We ordered the refrigerator in early November. After looking at beverage refrigerators in the stores and show rooms that were 3-4x as expensive as this one, and reading many, many reviews, we chose this refrigerator, in part, because we liked the two doors, two climates, and the positive reviews regarding customer service. After reading reviews on multiple sites, about multiple brands of refrigerators (many much more expensive than this one) it seems they all have potential for failure issues, so picking one with a good customer service seemed very important. The service team emailed throughout the process with helpful instructions. Upon arrival, it was packed very, very well, and was also quite heavy. When we unpacked the fridge, the top of the fridge had a bump on it and one of the fridge doors was subsequently sitting lower than the other. The service team sent new hinges, which we installed to help align the doors a little bit better. I also appreciate the service team making this right with their prompt responses. The beverage fridge looks great, works great, and holds the temperature on both sides well. A friend suggested always keeping these fairly full of cans/wine so that the fridge doesn't have to work as hard to keep an empty space cold. It looks very nice, the blue lights are a cool feature, and it is QUIET! (Many reviews of other brands noted loudness). We are pleased so far.

So far, so good. It arrived quickly and it had no damage. It was easy to get situated in our home and the instructions were easy to understand. You will have to adjust the racks if you want to keep champagne in the cooler. It’s really sharp looking and the lighting inside made it look even better. We have only had the refrigerator for a week. Hoping this will last us.

MOST IMPORTANT: The customer service from the manufacturer is amazing. Truly. Top marks.We ordered two of these devices during the July Prime Day event because of the extra cash back from our Amazon Chase Visa Card. Unfortunately, when they arrived both of them were damaged. This was not the fault of the manufacturer - the fridges are packed very very well. Our shipper where we live is not super professional - we are out in the middle of nowhere.We worked with the manufacturer to resolve the issue. They helped us to diagnose the issues, and we ended up keeping one of the damaged ones and exchanging the other. The replacement fridge arrived and was also a little damaged, but again it was the shippers.The shelves are fine - not super smooth gliding because they are not on bearings, but solid and hold a lot of wine. Because the fridges are very deep it is possible to easily store bottles back to front and get 11 bottles per shelf.Temperature control seems good; we are seeing a couple of degrees F variation over the course of a day as the compressor goes on and off.Energy consumption is lower than I expected. My meter shows an average consumption of .7 kW h per day. When the compressor is running it uses about 1.2 amps at 120v. When the compressor is not running there is still some usage - about .21 amps.I do not really notice the noise when the compressor is running unless I stand right next to the device. Then I can hear it, but it is very quiet (a meter on my phone shows about 50db).All in all, I recommend these wine coolers.

Edited Sept. 5 2025It was a great fridge. I liked the design and it was quiet. The main issue is that it died after 16 months of use, the power control board failed. We are contacting support and will update the review accordingly.Support was very prompt and resolved our issue quickly for no additional cost. Great to see a company stand behind their product.
