Great value
Super tasty. Fresh well-prepared ingredients. Mild heat. Longtime customer. So far has always arrived intact and on time. Especially enjoyable with a dab of vegan mayo on thin brown rice cracker.

In my opinion, it's the best offer in the market. Tasty, nicely prepared, great size.

I SHOULD HAVE PAID ATTENTION TO THE FULL TITLE
Being a Korean American I need my Kimchi fix from time to time. I don't get a chance to shop around for it in my neighborhood so I just order it online from Amazon... it's convenient. I sincerely thought I was just getting regular Kimchi didn't notice the sauerkraut in the title so yea I was a bit disappointed. To be honest I didn't even know they made this type of version like ever... anyways that being said just be careful when ordering to what type of version. As for the taste? I'm not use to it... it definitely doesn't taste like your regular kimchi but overall it's okay. It's spicy enough just got to get use to it. Would I personally order it again? Nope I'm just sticking with my regular Korean Kimchi which is just cut up fermented cabbage in red hot peppers. For those who want to try and experiment knock yourselves out. It isn't bad. Yes go for it!

I TRIED IT; IT LOVE IT!
I'd never tried Kimchi before, so I went in for the plunge. I am glad I did; it is not over-rated; I enjoy every single bit of it, especially on top of a great cracker. It is exactly what the "doctor" ordered; something powerful to be the roto-rooter of my intestinal pipeline; keeps the pipes singing, and that's important. Here is the twist; I am a GINGER freak; so I tried adding some thinly sliced pickled ginger to the Kimchi; OMG, what a treat!! I was humming away after that, so if you haven't tried giving the power pack a little twist here and there, try adding some ginger. IT'S ALL GOOD; and now I'm ready for a few more bites, in let's say, about half an hour; I can't stay out of the stuff. If you like to feel good and your pipes need a tune-up here and there, don't hesitate to order Garden of Eden Kimchi; you will thoroughly enjoy it!!

Unless you are specifically looking for this item, stick to regular Kimchi
Didn't buy this thinking I was getting Kimchi but figured I'd try it to get the benefits from the vitamins and probiotics. Unfortunately the taste is not good, definitely an acquired taste. For $15 a bottle, I'd stick to regular Kimchi at your local Asian/Korean market.

YUMMMMM
Hubby usually makes his own Kimchi, but he asked me to buy some. Whole Foods has several brands for sale, but none of them are organic. This nutrient rich ORGANIC Kimchi is d'lish. Finely shredded ORGANIC cabbage is combined with ORGANIC red bell peppers, water, ORGANIC onion, sea salt, ORGANIC ginger root, ORGANIC cayenne pepper, ORGANIC mustard seed & ORGANIC chili peppers. It has just the right amount of heat/spiciness & it comes in a glass jar. The ingredients are grown, fermented & packed by the Hirzel's family. You can taste the love!
