very lifelike
The owl does a great job of keeping most birds away from our garden. It's made very sturdy and has a good menacing look. I made a couple of wall mounts for it so I can move it around.

Very cool and more than I expected
Very cool and more than I expected. Arrived quickly and as described. Does not hoot unless you are very close. Hoping to deter hawks with it.

Very cool piece of yard art
This metal owl statue is really nicely done. The feathers are layered so he has a demensional look. My only issue was that somehow one of the wings was a little off. The metal prongs where not right and it would not sit all the way down into the holes. This caused a very noticable space between the owls side and the wing. I had to bend the prongs out and bend the part of the wing closest to the prong over to get the wing to sit better. Even then it was too loose and easy to knock out. But I had decided to keep it so I used construction adhesive around the prongs, then built it up like putty to fill in the gaps. After it dried I painted over the space with outdoor craft paint so there is no longer a space and it is difficult to tell where I fixed it. All in all I really like it. I didn't get the biggest one, but he is still fairly life sized. I haven't decided exactly where I am going to place him in my yard but I am sure he will look great and make a wonderful addition to my outdoor decore.

Worth the Price!
The bird is Well Made & wellworth the price. The eyesDon't look as good as theydo in the Add Picture, butthey'll do. Really sturdyconstruction.Now, I just need to see how longit will last, before it starts to rust.UPDATE...Had to modify both wings & a feather on the right to make theWings insert properly. You will need a Dremel Tool...But, still well worth it!

It is metal so stability is necessary with metal “hook” that comes with it. Or rocks to stabilize
