Very Good Kitchen Work Shoes!
I run a busy Deli/Restaurant, mostly from the kitchen, working 5-6 days a week and not looking to make a fashion statement with my shoes. These have been my go to shoes for several years now. Yes, they have good slip resistance, are comfortable (wide fit is the best for me), and have a reasonable life. I get a good 12-13 months of use, better than cheaper and more expensive shoes I've tried (I'm not paying $100+ for a kitchen work shoe, so god bless if you do). This shoe also addresses my BIG PET PEEVE of other slip resistant kitchen shoes, the soles don't get easily clogged up with chunks and globs of food bits that inevitably hit the floor in a busy lunch rush kitchen (yes, we keep all work surfaces etc. sanitary as required, but lots of stuff makes it to the floor to be swept up later). A layer of debris stuck to the bottom of your shoes is neither comfortable or slip resistant, and you end up tracking that crap wherever you go (a quick run to the dinning area to greet a customer you actually like?). Anyway, the pattern of the sole works great in a kitchen. In conclusion, I really like this Skechers shoe. They don't fall apart after a few months, and they work for me in the kitchen. They have other similar types, slip on, flex, etc., but check the pattern on the sole. If not the same, skip it as a kitchen work shoe. Oh yeah, they can be thrown in the washing machine (remove the inner sole and air dry) if you accidentally pour a bunch of bacon grease on them.

Slip resistant, comfort, breathability
These are comfortable and the nonslip aspect of them works very well, I've used them as a professional driver for years and more so now as an OTR truck driver. These don't slip in the diesel isles or truck stop showers/bathrooms. Furthermore these allow your feet to breathe vs boots. They are ok in the rain, as long as its not a down pour and dry out quickly.

Comfy, loose-fitting, lightweight non-slip shoe - nice!
It's definitely a comfortable and lightweight shoe. They are a tad bit noisy, almost as if they were lined with tissue paper, but the noise is faint. Great traction on wet, slippery surfaces. I work in an automotive shop with epoxy floors that occasionally has engine oil, transmission fluid, water and everything else slippery spilled on them. I can confidently walk through and feel that I have firm footing as these don't slip. Very happy with that.Time will tell of their longevity.I think one of the reasons why people are saying to order a half to one full size smaller is because these shoes are specifically designed and made to fit loose. The box they come in has "Relaxed Fit" and "Roomier Fit" emblazoned all over it, but the product description doesn't mention that. So to achieve about the same secure feel of a tennis or cross-training shoe, you do have to order smaller than what you would normally wear. Unless you're working/walking vigorously, I think the looser fit combined with the memory foam really make for a all-day comfortable shoe. If these last a couple of summers, then these will be well worth the asking price.

They are very comfortable!
This is a great shoe, I work in the Restaurant business and I’m on my feet anywhere from 10 to 13 hours a day. They’re very comfortable and non-slip, also very Lightweight, and flexible which makes walking more pleasant.I have bought other cheaper brands before, but the soles on the shoe wear out fast and they’re not comfortable.I’ve had another pair of this and they lasted a year and the soles were perfect shape.I also own Dr. Martens, they look great, but it is extremely heavy shoe, and they hurt your feet because the inner soles are not soft, and the shoe does not bend easily. So, in comparison I would say,buy the sketchers!they’re soft , comfortable, lightweight, flexible and non-slip and durable!Your feet will thank you!

Makes a crinkly sound while walking
Bought these for my husband. They fit well and were very comfortable. They look great as well. The only problem he has with them is that they make a crinkly, plasticky sound while walking. It might not be bothering or noticeable if you're in a louder/crowded area, but if you are walking somewhere even remotely quiet, (dr's office, classroom, business) people are going to hear you coming before they see you.

Great shoe
Love these shoes . Been purchasing them since 2019 for work . They are light weight , breathable and gives you a small height advantage comfortable , break in period is less than a shift of work . I wear them 6 days a week from 8-12 hours a day. The durability is great I abuse them going though a pair every few months , always come back to them in my opinion best slip resistant shoes out there. Never slide in the freezers , outside in down pours (I believe the design pattern for the great resistance under the shoe is key)However the only disadvantage I’ve ever have is with the mesh on top , your feet tend to get cold quickly especially when you spill a decent amount of water on them . Working around seafood happens occasionally but it’s a small issue that doesn’t outweigh the pros .
