Great Performance with Minor Hiccups – Perfect for Outdoor Use!
The Dell Latitude 7490 has been a solid performer, especially for my cricket match outdoor coverage. The Intel Core i7, 16GB RAM, and 512GB SSD deliver fantastic speed and smooth performance. The refurbished unit arrived in mint condition, and overall, it works like a charm. However, I’ve experienced a few minor issues, like occasional stuck starts and restarts (only 3 times in the last 2 months), but nothing major to impact its reliability. For the price and performance, it’s a great deal. Highly recommend it for anyone needing a powerful laptop for on-the-go work! 4 stars.

Screen Defects, Surface Damage, and Improper Cleaning
Visible bright spots on the screen, along with pressure marks and scratches on the body. A sticker is placed on the top cover, concealing underlying defects. The device appears to have been cleaned with a strong-smelling, oily substance resembling kerosene or diesel — likely petroleum-based which is unsafe for electronics and the body. This substance has left an oily residue on both the body and the screen. Infected with Win32:KadrBot [Trj]. Furthermore, the replacement laptop is unstable, frequently crashing and displaying constant Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) errors.

Very nice and very good
Completely satisfied. Looks like brand new, everything working fine. Screen shiny, speakers loud and clear. Battery vary, 3 hrs if extensive job, 10 hrs on reading news on internet. Hope it stays like that.Only difference to order was W11 Pro instead of W10, but that is not an issue to me.

Good laptop but poor interior
I have bought it 4 months earlier, At starting it was working good but Nowadays this laptop automatically turned off without any cause and issue.

The product came in non-original package which is as expected. Not much damage noticed externally. Worked for about couple of weeks and all features work fine. Came loaded with windows already and no other applications. Mine came with a bad battery (about 2 hr backup only), so bought a replacement battery which is not too costly. The speaker quality is very bad could not hear properly, so definitely an external speaker or headphone is required. Considering it is an used laptop the cons are not much.
