My wife likes this brand and prefers it to serve out certain foods like Chappathis, Porottas/Parathas, Doshas/Dosas and Idlis.She is pretty satisfied with them and I thought they looked okay with the stainless steel finish.They do keep the food reasonably warm and serve the purpose well.I just can't get over these being named 'casserole' XD...weird choice of name, but it's a respected Indian brand and build quality is pretty good, the utensils are easy to clean and not as heavy as they look.

It's a nice product but the smallest one is too little. I wonder what we can put in that it is size of a big katori only.Rest they arrived well, packing was good. The product is sturdy. Lid closes well. Looks are stylish and I chose them out of other casseroles because one can see what's inside. I will buy one more. I am a fan of this casserole and I am glad I bought this despite the negative reviews. Sometimes it's better to trust our gut and take a leap of faith despite what anyone says. You won't regret this product.

I bought this because I need something to keep food hot while serving. But I was disappointed with the size and quality. Two of the bowls had dents. They look good in the picture but in reality they are cheap and not worth the money. I found a much better bowl, bigger, stainless steel, much better quality, I can serve hot, warm or cold food without any problems.

I used these for the first time on Christmas. According to my guests, the food was lukewarm in the bowls by the time we ate. (Yes, I prepared them first with the hot water and then put the food in while steaming hot.) I don’t know how they would work as of yet for keeping food cold, but if you’re looking to use these for keeping things hot, I recommend you pass.

One star is because I Received open box. Plus they are very tiny. Very beautiful if you are one person

You have to put boiling water in them first, then after they're "conditioned", you put in the already-hot food. You could also put ice in them for cold foods like coleslaw, etc.. They worked very well. I chose this particular product because of the clear lid so guests don't have to open them (letting out some heat) to see what's in them!
