Works great for my garage gym, way better than concrete. The mat is very thick and has a nice response to walking and jumping. Does show tracks very easily and requires cleaning with a wet mop frequently.

This thing is great. It's huge and went on the concrete in our garage. This is good for guiding you through exercises, although we have an exercise bike in one corner and weights on the other. This arrived in a huge box and it took a few days for the mat to stretch out and lay flat. Overall, this thing is great.

Okay, so I'm using this for a dog's crate and not gym work. But my daughter is into gymnastics and she's asked for one of her own because it feels really good for working out. Meanwhile, it's great for puppy. It prevents scratches on the floor, is easy to clean up, and stops him from skidding when he jumps!

I use this mat for stretching in the morning and also for core workouts.It is large enough to accommodate most people when doing full body stretches. It is about 1/4" thick.When my hands are sweaty, they do slip a little on the mat so maybe that is one of the reasons that they supply fingerless gloves.A little pricey but does do its job well.

We have two mats and finally pulling together a home gym in the garage. We are still organizing the shelving on the sides to move the clutter out of the way. Mat stays out where it is and has held up extremely well with no degradation and just as comfortable to workout on as the day received. Really happy with the overall quality of the mats as I have 2 others in conjunction with this.
