I had low expectations of this but so far it has been really useful for fetching things off shelves in supermarkets that I can’t reach from my wheelchair. While I’m not about to attempt to use it to hoik full glass jars from top shelves, it has managed 500g margarine tubs, pizzas etc quite easily.It has given me more independence which is a win in my book.

These seem very sturdy , a good length , and wow they fold up into three sections for easy storage . Oh and there are magnets on each claw, very impressive tool for us disabled people .

The only reason I didn’t give it a five is that it would be helpful if you could shorten the grabber. At times it is too long. I found it helpful for picking up items following a hip replacement. It was tricky at times using it to put trousers/underwear on as it’s quite long and you want the flexibility to shorten it. Sturdy product, easy to put together and would recommend. Ps not easy to pick up iPhones of the floor as too slippery 😊

This product is very easy to use, and can pick up even very tiny items. It will clip on to a wheelchair. So far, it has been robust and sturdy.

OK, I do mean the tools in general, not just this make. I have about 3 in the house. 1 is for outside littler picking. I think, if you think it will be usefull, you can pretty much garentee it will get used. So don't worry about wondering if you bought it it would end up at the back of a cupboard gathering dust, it will be out on the job more times than you think. A good reach. It folds in half for storage in a draw. The claw pulls out and can be turned 45 degrees. It has a light on it, not the best power or well designed switch, but it is there if needed which is OK I guess. It has a metal cable from the handle to the claw, so unlike some others that use fabric or plastic cords, this should last. Though if it does break it is likely to go at the mountings which are internal and it would be next to impossible to repair. Still, good tool.

Exactly what I was looking for to help out with my local litter picking group. Nice to have my own for when I want to go out and litter pick on my own.

i open the box, took one out and it was broken in two. tried other one before i returned and seem to be great,so probably will repurchase same again, but this one has gone back today
