This is a smaller sized SCUBA mask, but not a toddler sized mask. Since your toddler will out grow their mask quickly and should not be going very deep, I would not suggest this mask for them.

how do they fit on an Asian face? any experiences to share?

It's a small fit for a Caucasian male, I use mine as a spare for petite females and teens.

How do you prevent fogging of the goggles?

First the mask must be treated; use plain white toothpaste and a very little amount of water, rub the lenses, inside and out. Rinse, repeat until AT LEAST you hear squeaking on the lenses as you do it. Then do it a bit more. After the "initial" treatment, use de-fog (can be purchased at any dive store or online) or diluted baby shampoo wash with water just before you dive with the mask.
