How do you keep the pens from Fallin out??

If you mean the pens, they plug in. If you're referring to the different tips, they are hollow and fit tightly enough onto a metal rod at the end of the pen that they won't rotate or fall off while in use.

Not hot enough

It seems like a decent machine but it does not get hot enough for my needs. I carve jewelry wax and this does not get nearly hot enough for working with harder waxes like Wolf wax. It is only good for lighter work , as it cools quickly once touched to the wax

Really works well

I had been using an alcohol lamp which has a live flame and could be knocked over and start a fire. Also have a bunch of kitties that could knock it over. This one is much safer and the temperature can be controlled and regulated for exactly the type of wax I am using.

Tips are hard to get off and change

I cannot get the tips off after using once. When pulling, it breaks the pen.Does not hot enough for hard wax (jewelry making)
