Good for daily, long(10K) run. not for half marathon or marathon, because these shoes are little bit weight. go for one size up.

I have been using Winflo shoes for the last 3-4 years and Winflo 8 is the worst of the lot. The shoe size is small and the laces are tiny, to say the least. It also doesn't have a soft feel and seems to be made of stiff material. Very uncomfortable to use. Overall quality is very poor. I am not sure if it is a genuine product. One of the shoes has developed a cut on the inside only after running 240 kilometres while in past my other Winflo shoes have lasted more than 850 kilometres. Both Amazon and Cludtail are not willing to help or issue a refund. I am disappointed.

I have now purchased three different colors of this running shoe: first locally and liked it so much that my last two purchases have been on Amazon. This shoe is the best shoe I have ever worn for all purposes. The reason I have bought three is that Nike seems to discontinue a shoe once I really like it. Excellent value!
