Good for your health

High potency, and love it. Females in my family cant taste it, they think theres a bittersweet flavor but if diluted, they taste nothing. But all my males think it tastes like something they shouldn't have lol! But its not a bad taste. I put a couple drops in 8oz of water and they'll never know.

I'm no chemist but as you can see in the picture, this brand of iodine does go from yellow to purple when you put it on flour. I can't speak to it's concentration, but it does appear to contain iodine.

I can tell a difference in how I feel since I started taking it. It's like I have a little more energy, and I can do more physically without getting as tired.

I have taken quite a bit of nascent iodine since I was diagnosed with Hashimotos and this is the least gross one I have had. I was actually suspicious because it looks and smells like water but then I tasted it and, yeah, it is nascent iodine.Seems to work the same as the other stinky one I was using but I don't burp it all day after I take it. I just put it in my water and that's the last I think about it. I don't even taste it.
