Works perfectly well. good grips.I eventually passed it to a friend and bought a 5ft version, as I needed more space for weights for deadlifts.That's the only downside - the bar has specific area the weights can fit on, and that maxes out at high weights.But a 4ft bar isn't for super heavy weight anyway, that's what 5ft, 6ft and Oly bars are for.

They are short but I didn't have the room for a bigger bar

Solid bar but as with most bars like this spinlocks will losen during use.Great beginner option.

Was a bit dubious after reading some reviews where it says the bolts keep coming loose, but I've been using this daily for a couple of months now and have had no problems at all. It's sturdy and the grip on the bar is excellent. Would have been nice to have had some weights with it but for the price it's definitely worth the money!!

I wanted a smaller bar to use in the house and this is just what I need. I can use it for squats, deadlifts , shoulders, and even bench as I have a narrow bench. Decent quality and decent price.
