Q: Ours is speaking French, how do we change language?

You must of somehow received the french version. Only way to fix that is return the item and make sure to get the english version. I do know they have 2 different versions

Q: Can it be turned off?

Hi, Yes you can. There is a switch to turn from demo, on and off.

Q: Should the wings regularly fall off?

I know my daughter pulls the wings off and they click back on, but they don’t fall out, she has to pull. So maybe the small plastic clip broke?
