Arrived in one day, Prime, as promised. Packaging was superb! Really nice presentation. Heck, some of the fun is opening the box! And...drum roll please...it's ALL COPPER! It is NOT plated stainless steel, NOT flash plated tin, NOT a copper cup with a tin washed interior. This stuff is the real deal! This combo just looks good! And a Moscow Mule mixed within minutes of opening the box tasted, well, like a Moscow Mule. But the cups sweat like crazy, and that is another feature of all-copper cups. I know the clear coat will wear off after a time, but sitting on the deck, in the summer, with Mule cups showing the wear of use and cleaning (read: dull, a little discolored, and maybe a few dents or abrasions) sounds good to me! No complaints. They didn't explode, or set off alarms, or cause stomach distress because-copper, or arrive with a 1/4" spot on a cup, or have bottoms that were not flat, or have pieces missing. Or anything else that people have taken the time to complain about. My guess is that those complaints could be better dealt with with Customer Service. I mean it's a $30.00 purchase. If it doesn't meet your stringent requirements, return it. No how hard is that? Really. This is a set of objects from which you will consume alcoholic beverages, probably outside and most likely in the summer months. My standards slide a little in those situations. For me? All good. Buy these. A first-class product, better than good price, copper straws, copper shot glass, and a STRAW BRUSH!

Nice set, perfect for our restaurant. They fit a full bottle of ginger beer comfortably. The glasses are not too heavy, which makes them practical for daily use, and they have a beautiful, elegant finish that adds a refined touch to the table.

There isn't anything not to like about this Moscow Mule Copper Mug Set. They are beautifully made and the copper really does keep your drink super cold. It certainly didn't hurt that we ordered these on Amazon and the order was fulfilled within 24 hours. Fantastic cooperation between the seller and Amazon. We had invited relatives over for a "social distancing" pizza and wanted to treat them to "mules" but had no idea the set would arrive so fast. The drinks were great and did stay icy cold in spite of the very hot weather we've been having. The set came complete with 4 mugs, 1 mixing spoon, 4 really neat copper straws, a copper shot glass and a straw cleaning device. Excellent quality and this set is nice to have or give as a gift.

My husband and I are new to the world of Moscow Mules and purchased these mugs because they are pure copper. They are lovely mugs, however one of them arrived with a penny size dent in it. Since they have a lifetime warranty I contacted the seller through Amazon telling them of the problem. I included a picture of the damaged mug. The seller responded the next day to let me know that a replaced mug was being sent. It arrived in less than a week. I am very impressed by a company that stands by it's product!

These copper drinking vessels are a nice addition to our little bar. My wife and I enjoys them. They seem sturdy and I was pleasantly surprised that they were not too thin for the price (Can’t always tell until you actually touch them.) I did notice a little rough finish on the outside of one of the mugs but, it rubbed out when I washed them and rubbed it down with a magic eraser. Nice value for the money.

Exactly what I was hoping for, the set has everything you need to enjoy a proper London Mule at home, and it looks fantastic too

Very disappointed this arrived in a damaged box with missing items inside, right before Christmas and cannot be gifted. Only 1 mug, the straws and coasters were enclosed. I think I rather stick to shopping in stores.

The package arrived on time as indicated. The quality of the workmanship is top-notch, and the Moscow Mules is kept cold throughout. Very happy with my set.

Disappointed with the box these mugs arrived in. Box was scuffed, smelly and looked like a product that has been in storage for a very long time. The mugs do not look like the pictures as advertised, they were scratched, had marks and dusty. Unfortunately too embarrassed to gift these to a family friend for Christmas.

Product has a strange chemical smell despite repeated washing. It is not something we will use. Buy elsewhere would be my suggestion.
