Easy To Set Reusable And Safe Traps If You (Unfortunately!) Notice Mice Activity!
With winter temperatures, rain, and nearby major construction activity here in our San Francisco Bay Neighborhood, we've noticed rodent activity, particularly from mice trying to get into the home. Yuck!We walked the perimeter of the house with a calking gun to seal up any open 1/4 inch or more, and purchased some of these safe, reusable traps. They are effective and easy to set. Easy to release caught mice for reuse. We bait with peanut butter. The are not completely covered, but are relatively safe for use around pets and children compared to old school wood based, entirely open snap traps.A terrific value, too. I recommend this product.

Good traps but be aware
I believe the mouse got into my house when bringing in Christmas decorations from the garage. I really love mice, but a wild mouse could possibly make my pets ill so he needed to go. I really didn't want to kill him but had 0 success with humane traps in the past. But the good news for me, is I caught the mouse and he was unharmed. These traps are supposed to kill mice but he was completely fine. So if you are expecting a dead mouse, you may not get the results you want. I'm sure it CAN kill the mouse, but the mouse I caught it snapped on the base of his tail. His tail was still moving and there was not blood so he was just stuck. To my relief I was able to free him into a field. Over all I recommend these traps but it may not kill the mouse. Worse, if you are wanting a dead mouse it may just hurt it and you have to kill it yourself.

Do not work
I've been buying this brand whenever needed for the past 6 years. The traps have always worked great. I ordered these thinking they were the same design but they are different now. It's almost like a huge clip. They do not work at all. In fact, the mice just eated peanut butter and leave. SO disappointing. Don't waste your money on these

Works great for mice
These traps work great for mice. I use peanut butter because the mice seem to like it and it’s better to trigger the trap since they can’t just grab the bait and run away. I have found, though that after a while some of the traps don’t stay open. I open the trap manually to place the bait and when I let go, it just snaps shut. Sometimes I have to do that five or six times before it will stay open. That’s not happening when they’re new though. It’s just after they’ve been used for a while.I have read some reviews here about these traps, not killing mice. That will happen if your mice are super small.

Amazing! Caught 4 mice in less than 7 hours!
I bought these in the middle of the night as the mice in my house had finally tripped my last nerve by waking me up. I was over their annoying noise and the fact that they stole my youngest child's favorite rubber ducky and chewed it up. Apparently my previous efforts haven't been keeping up. So my sister had mentioned these traps and I was leary because sticky traps and old fashioned snap traps weren't very effective. Well I put these new traps up right away. I was very pleased with how simple (a little to simple that I was unsure if I did it right) it was to set them up. I put 4 on my main level and 4 in the high traffic area I had been hearing them. It's been 7 hours and I've already gotten 4. I was amazed as one was in a reset one from just an hour ago. I love how easy they are to set and even release. I am not touching the rodent at all! Biggest down fall of the old style snap traps was the setting up and snapping your fingers and then trying to release them. All things you don't have to deal with these traps! I will forsure be buying these again in the future!

Didn’t work on my chipmunk!
These traps might work for you, if you don’t have squirrels. I baited 4 with peanut butter and a peanut. Every one was taken by a squirrel! I think the trap snapped in his leg when he reached in to get the bait. I found a couple in the yard and reset them w bait. One had deep tooth marks where he tried to get the teal open. The chipmunk was unfazed by any of this!

Works perfectly
We noticed some dropping on our kitchen counter and found ourselves in need of a mouse trap. I originally was looking for your stereotypical mousetraps we had when I was a kid, the kind you see in cartoons, when I came across these. I figured, what the heck, I'll give it a try. Works so much better than the old style. I can remember as a kid, a mouse running around with one of those old traps wrapped around its body. With the design of this one, it is a much more instant kill and very easy to clean up without having to touch the mouse. Used peanut butter for bait and ended up getting a bit of use out of it as we had about 6 or 7 mice before it was all done. Only downside was that one of the two traps broke when trying to get it set up. Think it was likely just a bad one that slipped through as the other one hasn't had any trouble at all.

Best Mice Traps around
Best mouse traps around! No one likes disposing of the mice, but the way claw like design is most effective! The ease of use, and ability to re use over and over make this a MUST if you are trying to to catch those little fellas in your cellar!
