My wife uses lots of Ghirardelli chocolate products for her baking and we were delighted to discover that the Amazon Fresh prices were among the best that we've ever seen. This semi-sweet chocolate is being used primarily for chopping into cookie dough, melting and grating. What's not to like about Ghirardelli?
I bake a lot. So many recipes ask for 4 oz of melted chocolate. These are 4 oz so I don't have to drag out my scales and weigh out. It was more economical to order 12 bars and keep in freezer than to buy a single bar at the grocery store.
