As per my experience i got it exactly the way it was shown on amazon. The chair is comfortable and the seat cushion is nice and soft, it has been 4 hours now after i have assembled but it seems perfect.... happy satisfied customer

It is a good chair for the price, installation was also not that hard! However a bit disappointed with the incline level which can't be adjusted even though the instruction shows that it can be done but I tried many times without being able to do it!

After using it for 4 months, here is below my experience with this product: Comfort level is good, i would give 4/5. Noise level: 2/5. After while sounds will start to come up when sitting on it, standing up.

It’s amazingly comfortable and ergonomic however its squeaky when you sit back.
