You just glue on whatever you want to attach it to. Hot glue works best but you can use any glue. The electrical wires attach to a battery.

1730 RPM, that's fast. I needed for a table top Christmas themed skating rink with figurines that "skated" using magnets that were rotating on cogs. This motor was used to turn the belt. Of course the ratio of the cog attached to the shaft of this motor to the cog of the larger, belt driven mechanism determined the speed of the skaters, it spun very fast. As an example, most cordless drills spin at 400rpm on "drive" and about 1400 on "drill" settings. You can adjust the speed with a little circuitry if you have the electronics ability.

I've seen a few complaints about individuals applying three volts direct current and only getting the motors to twitch, that's because you're giving it the voltage that it needs, but not the current. These motors will barely run using conventional batteries, (double A's triple A's) there's just not enough output. I recommended at least a 1,000 milliamp power adapter, rated at 3.6 volts DC, the type smaller cell phones use, just check the ratings.l
