Great read! Highly recommend any service base business
Hello,I discovered this book after coming across a quick YouTube book review and thought it was an interesting idea. I read cover to cover. It’s a fun and relaxing read and I highly recommend it to everyone. I work in medicine and, although this is a book about the restaurant industry, the lessons apply to any customer facing service base business. Read it, internalize it, take notes in the margins, and it will change the way you serve your patience, clients, or customers. Highly recommend.

A great book with one major flaw
Beware: This review shares some information in the book so don't read if you don't want to know something that happens in the book. This is a fascinating book but with one major flaw. The book builds your excitement from chapter to chapter about the author's journey to restaurant success---then towards the end he drops the key news that he and his life long restaurant partner are breaking up and that's it. And the author never gives you any clue this is going to happen nor does he explain really why it happened. I felt that he let the reader down by not explaining this more.

Top 5 favorite books of all time
Loved this book! My husband and I own a lawn and landscape company and I found it very relatable. Can’t wait to brainstorm and come up with some new ideas. Loved the relationship between author and his father. Very encouraging.
