HAPBEAR Pull Up Assistance Bands Set of 5 - Resistance Bands for Working Out, Stretching, Physical Therapy, Muscle Training

I bought these bands after a full rotator cuff tear and bicep tendon injury. I had my shoulder totally rebuilt and an implant put in. Anyone who’s had this surgery understands the painful therapy involved. These bands were instrumental in my recovery in addition to my PT. They totally allowed me to ease into recovery without free weights possibly risking a new tear. Crucial in building proper strength at my body’s pace of acceptance. They are so good quality and very easy to use in a lot of different ways. These bands are definitely a great buy for anyone needing resistance training or therapy. These band worked perfectly for me. They aren’t the cheap non flexible plastic looking cheap options. These are very well made and retain their elasticity, my therapist gave them a pass said they were a great product. I think these are a great option for so many different uses. I’d buy them again for sure.

I’ve been using these for pull up training and they’ve been a huge help. The set includes five different resistance levels, which makes it easy to scale workouts as you build strength. I use the heavier bands for assisted pull ups and the lighter ones for warmups and stretching. The material feels strong and durable, with no signs of wear so far. I have been using these bands from couple of months and it has been working well for me. There is no wear and tear in the bands, however the Bag that came with the bands is very thin and is torn already but the band quality looks great and happy with the buy.

As a beginner just starting to get into home fitness training, I think this is a great set of workout equipment to start with! This is the first time I've ordered any products from HAPBEAR and so far, I am very impressed with the quality. The latex fitness bands are incredible durable and easy to work with, especially for someone who’s just getting into a steady workout routine. I especially appreciate the color coding for each band, which helps differentiate the amount of weight and tension each band can handle. The bands are very easy to work with, and I felt like I got a good workout in when I used them the first time! The bands also come with a drawstring bag, which is great for storing your equipment or taking it on the go. The surprise hit for the set, though, was the door anchor! I was a little unsure if the anchor would be able to support my weight for an extended amount of time, and I was very glad to be proven wrong. The door anchor works incredibly well with the bands, allowing for a wider range of exercises to be done. (NOTE: These bands are made with 100% latex, so if you have a latex allergy, this won’t be the product for you.) I also appreciated the included Workout Guide, which was a great starting point for picking which exercises you can use with the equipment. There’s also a breakdown of the products' specifications, including how much weight and tension each band can support, as well as info on how to clean and care for your bands. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my purchase! ^_^

Not bad!! Quality is nice it smells funny but it’s only due to the fact that it is new rubber. But amazing tool for the gym.

The resistance bands work well and come in a variety of colors. It’s a good value.

This band set has been both durable and versatile. I use them myself, and my children use them as well. Having so many different resistance levels is a huge advantage. They have held up very well over the months I have owned them. The carrying bag makes it easy to store the bands you don’t use often. If you are looking for a set for yourself and, or your children, I would recommend this one.

I sold my weight bench and all my weights during lockdown because the demand was so high and I wasn't using them regularly enough. Defintely the only time I have made a significant profit from selling on secondhand products (most of which were 20 years old). But then, come 2024, I wanted (and needed) to lose weight and tone up but definitely wasn't joining a gym, I had heard about these resistance bands. The first set I purchased were terrible, they were the round ones and of very poor quality. So I got these and could immediately tell they were of high quality. I mainly wanted them to increase my leg strength as I had taken up running, and while you could arguably use the bands alone, I preferred the comfort of using padded ankle cuffs and a large caliper to attach them to the band. I also purchased hand grips for working my upper body. Without a doubt, fo my use case, these were far superior to any fixed or loose weights and there is a large variety of exercises that I can do to exercise every part of my legs. But, equally with hand grips, if I chose to focus on my upper body, I could do so with ease. So they're effectively a home gym you can hang on a hook with the accessories (should you decide to buy them) in a small bag. Highly recommended.
