No you should not. Thin slices are great, best cheese ever.

Q: What is size of the cheese (diameter and height)? Good for using on Cheese curler?

Size wise, it’s pretty close to Tête de Moines. You could fit it on a cheese curler, I just don’t know how well the cheese will perform being curled. This cheese is a bit harder than tête. Hope this helps.
