The fire pit comes in a very large box with adequate packaging ... some recommended adding copper glass to it .. I did that and I’m glad I did ... looks very good lots of compliments on it ... works fantastic !!!

Color is nothing like the ones in the description. Picture pretty much sums it up as it’s just basically black. Not really what we were after. With its size I’ll have to decide if it is worth sending back.

I am very happy with the fire pit. It is well made, sturdy, and is exactly the way I pictured it. I really like that the gray color I picked has tan colors blended in so it’s not just a monotone color of gray. I tried it out when it arrived and it worked perfectly. It comes with red lava rocks and touch up paint (if there are any nicks during shipping, which I did not have). I’m looking forward to making great family memories around this fire pit.

Over all great product. There was some damage to the firpit even though the box was in great condition. The color pen worked well to cover up the stone that was chipped.

I would say it was perfect however it’s hard to light using the built in lighter. That’s not really a problem because it works easy using a long BBQ lighter.

For us it is the perfect size. Small enough not to take over the area and high enough to keep my golden retrievers out. Gives off a fair amount of heat. For the price I think it's great. Easy to use and so far easy to replace the empty propane tank. I got the round version so my wife and I had no corners to whack our legs into. It does help set the mood on our deck.

We’ve had this for a year and always keep it covered. This began to happen right away and has only gotten worse. Do not purchase this. Also the lava rocks pop and almost took one of my kids eyes out and damaged our seat cushions. We replaced with the glass and if they will not replace it or refund us we will be doing some work on it this summer to create a more sustainable rim.

I am so pleased with this fire pit. The construction is solid and the stone looks almost like the real stone. Not only is it functional and beautiful it comes with a serviceable cover which is very easy to put on . And the rocks for the pit also is included. This is an amazing purchase. I highly recommend this fire pit!
