I bought this to help with my cholesterol and it has helped do wonders. Along with dieting and cutting back on sugar and salt foods, this product works great. Not difficult to swallow despite its size. No weird smell or aftertaste either like other brands. I will continue to order this product. Totally worth it, and a good price for the amount you get.
