I’ve used Cetaphil products before and always found them reliable. However, the bottle I received from Amazon was not sealed, which immediately raised concerns about authenticity and safety.Once I started too use, I noticed black-colored particles inside the product — something I’ve never seen in Cetaphil before. This is very alarming for a skincare product that’s supposed to be gentle and safe.

I like this moisturizer for my dry to combination skin type, it keeps the moisture in my skin until washed.Don't expect it to heal your skin, it is only a moisturize to be honest.

Good product, my skin before was dry and itchy, but after using this , it became smooth and soft.
